We are looking for Bilingual Customer Service Agents (Voice)

Job Details

  • Position: Customer Service Agent (Voice)
  • Work Mode: 100% On-site
  • Location: Elemento Building – Av. Calle 26 #69-72, Bogotá

(Between TransMilenio stations El Tiempo – Cámara de Comercio and Av. Rojas – Unisalesiana)

Requirements

  • English level C1
  • High school diploma (with or without experience)
  • Night-shift students are welcome (formal studies)
  • Must live in Bogotá D.C. or Soacha

Salary & Compensation

  • Base salary: COP $3,210,000
  • Performance bonus: Up to 20%
  • Bonus may increase based on performance 🌟

Training Phase

  • Duration: 6 weeks
  • First 2 weeks: Virtual (computer required)
  • Remaining time: On-site training
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
  • Paid training at full base salary 💵

Operations Phase

  • Shifts between 7:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
  • Generally fixed schedules
  • Transportation route available for the latest shift
  • 42 hours per week
  • 5 working days + 2 days off (1 weekday + 1 weekend day)

Contract & Payments

  • Indefinite-term contract with all legal benefits
